Our instructors offer you a practical workshop with professional expertise. We will work with you to develop the basics of sensitization and implement them directly in exercises.
What actually is culture? How does it influence me and others? What impact do our ideas have on communication and international cooperation? And how can we make diversity and variety fruitful and use them for successful interaction with each other?
Contents & learning objectives
- Sensitization with regard to culture and diversity
- Expanding knowledge, including country-specific knowledge, work culture
- Acquisition of communication strategies including feedback culture, relationship building and networking
- Recognizing and resolving conflict situations
- Practical exercises and development of cooperative learning strategies
- In conjunction with language courses, also language skills
